IMAGINEPUNTACANA® offers flexibility in your reservations:

  • Free date changes within the allowed time frames (with a maximum administrative fee of $10.00 per change).
  • Refund of tickets within the allowed deadlines (more than 5 days in advance).

Reimbursement according to terms of less than 5 days:

  • 2 days before: 90%.
  • 24 hours before: 50%
  • NO SHOW: No refund.
